How to switch to “RED” tariff plan?
Viva prepaid subscribers can switch to the tariff plan “RED” by sending the USSD command *413*option price#. Prepaid and postpaid subscribers of other RA operators can switch to “RED” through the mobile number portability service, by visiting a Viva service center with an ID or applying online via this link.
To switch from the current package of the “RED” tariff plan to another, it is necessary to send the USSD command of the preferred option. In case there are active packages left, it is necessary to send the command up to the 23rd day (inclusively) of the current tariff plan’s validity period.

Notes
Viva bears no responsibility for sending SMS notifications upon the consumption or the expiration of the validity period of voice, SMS, and Internet services. The above-mentioned SMS notifications are sent with the aim of supporting the subscribers to avoid unforeseen costs and depend on the technical capacities of Viva public electronic communication network. Therefore, not receiving the SMS notification or receiving it with delay may be caused by circumstances beyond the operator’s control, such as the quality and technical characteristics of the subscriber’s device, or circumstances hindering the propagation of radio waves and the uninterrupted operation of radio equipment, the subscriber’s location, etc. To avoid unforeseen expenditures because of service usage, the subscriber must control the balance and the validity period of the embedded services via corresponding USSD commands.
Viva prepaid tariff plan subscribers can switch to the tariff plan via USSD command.
If the mobile card validity period expires during the activity period of “RED” tariff plan option, the services within packages provided by the tariff plan are suspended until the account is recharged, otherwise, they are terminated.
It is recommended to activate “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super Couple” and “Super 0 Daily” services only in case of not having active packages provided by the tariff plan. In case of activating “BIT”, “Super BIT” and “Super Couple” services the Internet-package within the tariff plan is consumed after “BIT”, “Super BIT” and “Super Couple” services. In case of activating “BIT”, “Super BIT”, or “Super Couple” services while having active packages within the tariff plan, the megabytes of the mentioned services will be consumed when using the unlimited services embedded within the tariff plan.
In case of having active packages provided within the tariff plan and activating the “Super 0 Daily” service, the embedded minutes provided within the tariff plan are consumed first; the minutes provided by the service are consumed after.
Services provided by “RED” tariff plan are nullified after the expiration of the 30-day validity period, and the opportunity to use unlimited options embedded within the tariff plan without consuming the main Internet package, is blocked.
The airtime, SMS sending and Internet provided by the tariff plan, as well as the opportunity to use unlimited options embedded within the tariff plan without consuming the main Internet package, are not automatically prolonged or available in roaming. Learn the tariffs of services in roaming.
When making calls to Viva phone numbers, first the airtime package provided by the tariff plan “RED” is consumed, then the package embedding 10 000 minutes of on-net airtime.
After the consumption of the Internet package provided by the tariff plan “RED” before the 30-day validity period, a 500 MB package is automatically activated upon the availability of at least AMD 100 on the subscriber’s account balance. The package is available for 24 hours from the moment of activation.
In case the packages provided by “RED” tariff plan are not reactivated after the expiration of the 30-day validity period, the automatic activation of the daily 500 MB package is suspended. The subscriber then can activate “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super Couple” services providing a daily Internet package.
In case there are sufficient funds on the subscriber’s account after the expiration of the validity period of the packages provided by “RED” tariff plan, the activation fee is charged, and the activation of packages is automatically prolonged, otherwise, the service is deactivated, and the subscriber continues using services at the tariffs set for the tariff plan. The activation of the packages is automatically prolonged once there are sufficient funds on the account.
It is recommended not to use voice, Internet or SMS services during activation or auto-prolongation of the packages provided by “RED” tariff plans, as the activation may fail because of ftechnical issues.

Viva does not guarantee the provision of calls to MTS Russia in case the phone number receiving the call in Russia is ported from another mobile network of Russia within mobile network portability service. Learn the international call tariffs.
When calling to a Viva phone number, which has switched to another mobile network within mobile number portability service, the subscriber first consumes the airtime for calls to other networks (if available), and in case of their unavailability, the calls are charged in accordance with the tariffs set for the subscriber’s current tariff plan.
To replenish the amount of balance insufficient on your account and to activate the main and additional packages within “RED” prepaid tariff plan the subscriber can use “Recharge +” service.
Opening hyperlinks within unlimited options embedded within the tariff plan and along with their usage, data exchange with other Internet resources is possible; in that case the main Internet package MBs within the tariff plan is consumed. In case the main Internet package is consumed some services of the applications may be used partially.
Mobile cards with activated “RED” tariff plan are not intended for use with modems, Wi-Fi devices, or in phones, which are used as Wi-Fi devices. In case the card with the indicated tariff plan is used in a modem, or the phone, it is installed in, is used as a Wi-Fi device, consumption of the Internet of the main package and limitations in Internet access are possible when using Internet, as well as other unlimited services embedded in the tariff plan.
“+100 minutes” and “+300 minutes” service are available to subscribers of “RED” tariff plan with active packages.
In order to avoid unexpected charges, it is recommended to keep all the applications up to date. Not updated applications may consume the main Internet package, and some services of the applications may be used partially.
General Rules of the "Convergent" Partner Program
Definitions
General Rules, hereinafter the Rules - this document.
"Convergent" Partner Program, hereinafter the Program - terms and conditions of the "RED" tariff plans created as a result of the cooperation of the Organizer and the Partner, which shall be provided to the Participant by the Organizer and at the Organizer's risk.
Organizer - "Viva Armenia" Closed Joint-Stock Company - TIN: 01551651 , registered address: 4/1 Argishti Str., Yerevan, 0015, Republic of Armenia - implements the management and development of the Program, and is also a telecommunications operator and provides communication services to the Subscribers of "Viva Armenia" CJSC.
"RED" tariff plan, hereinafter the tariff plan - a package of mobile and fixed services provided to Viva subscribers on a prepaid basis. It includes mobile and fixed Internet, TV channels, airtime and functionality to send SMS messages. Tariff plans have packages with different bundles and different connection fees for a period of 30 days.
Partner - a Company providing communication services connected to the Program on a contractual basis, which undertakes to provide services to the Organizer under the terms and conditions set by the contract signed with the Organizer.
Participant - an individual prepaid subscriber of Viva who has sent a request to join the Program that has been approved by the Organizer.
Request to join the Program, hereinafter Request - sending a request from the subscriber number in the Viva subscriber remote service system using the USSD command, in which the tariff plan to which the subscriber wants to switch to is digitally indicated.
Request approval - discussion and approval of the Request sent by the Participant on the part of the Organizer.
USSD command - a combination of symbols and numbers for each Partner and each of the "RED" tariff plans for the purpose of sending a request to join the Program, confirming, changing the tariff plan, suspending, checking the bundles provided by the tariff plan and performing other available actions.
Program website - a website located on the Internet at red.viva.am, where the current version of the description of the Rules, as well as other information about the Organizer, Partners, Tariff Plans and the Program is posted.
Joining the Program - change of the current tariff plan of the Participant by switching to one of the "RED" tariff plans, under the terms and conditions defined by the Program, after the request has been approved by the Organizer.
Suspension of participation in the Program - cancellation/suspension of subscription to the Program by the Participant via the USSD command or suspension of the provision of communication services by the Organizer in case of abuse of the Rules.
General Provisions
These Rules shall define the procedure and conditions for participating in the Program.
These Rules shall be uniform and binding upon the Organizer, Partners and Participants who joined the Program under the terms and conditions described in these Rules.
Joining the Program implies that the Participant has read these Rules, fully and unconditionally accepts the terms and conditions of these Rules and participates in the Program exclusively under the terms and conditions described in these Rules.
The Request to join the Program can be submitted if the individual is a prepaid subscriber of Viva in the Viva remote service system.
The Participant shall acknowledge and accept that entering the USSD command and confirming the request shall imply the conclusion of a new contract with Viva under the terms and conditions of the "RED" Tariff Plan.
The Request shall be submitted electronically using the appropriate USSD command. USSD commands are listed on red.viva.am website.
The moment when the Request is approved and the Participant joins the Program shall be the moment when:
The Partner has installed and tested the subscriber equipment and has signed the respective act with the Participant;
A contract under the terms and conditions of the "RED" tariff plans has been concluded between the Organizer and the Participant (a prepaid subscriber of Viva) with the approval of the Request having been sent by the Participant to the Organizer via the USSD command.
Within the framework of the Program, the Organizer shall be solely held responsible to the Program Participants for the quality of services provided to the Participants under the terms and conditions of the "RED" tariff plans.
Information about the Program is posted on the Program website at red.viva.am.
The period of validity of the Program is considered to be from 1 December 2023 to 1 December 2024 /inclusive/.
Payment terms
In order to consume the communication services that are part of the Program, the Participant shall pay into the Viva subscriber account by depositing money to join the Program.
If sufficient funds are available in the Participant's account after the Request has been approved by the Organizer, the fee for the "RED" tariff plan shall be charged, after which the services shall be immediately activated in the specified volume and under the terms and conditions as described/ presented/specified on the red.viva.am. website.
Provision of the tariff plan to the Participant shall be carried out exclusively on the condition of conscientious payment by the Participant.
The Program fee shall be subject to recalculation in accordance with the rules for the provision of communication services and the procedure in force under the terms and conditions of the Organizer.
In case of registration of such technical problems in the network of the Organizer or the Partner, due to which the Participant's services were unavailable, the subscription fee shall be recalculated according to Table 1.

Suspension and Termination of the Service
Termination of participation in the Program shall be an event that follows any of the actions listed below, as a result of which an individual loses the status of the Participant and the Organizer stops providing the "RED" tariff plan to such an individual:
- Sending the USSD command to the Organizer in order to terminate the subscription/ participation in the Program;
- non-payment of the prepaid amount stipulated by the terms and conditions of the "RED" tariff plan within 60 days;
- violation of these rules by the Participant.
Termination of participation in the Program: may occur for all participants of the Program as a result of the expiration of the Program or early termination of the Program at the decision of the Program Organizer.
After termination of subscription to the "RED" tariff plan, communication services shall be provided under the terms and conditions of the tariff plan from which the subscriber has switched to the "RED" tariff plan. If switching to the previous tariff plan is not possible (due to archiving of the tariff plan or for other reasons), the change to the "START" tariff plan shall take place. After the consumption of the embedded Internet package before the expiration of the 30-day validity period, a 500 MB package is automatically activated upon the availability of at least AMD 100 on subscriber’s account balance. In case there is less than AMD 100 on the account balance, the opportunity to use the Internet is blocked.
After the expiration of the 30-day validity period, the services “BIT”, “Super BIT”, “Super Couple” providing daily Internet packages will be available.
