Web application “Smart Kids” is a modern educational and entertainment service for children of any age, and their parents.

SUBSCIRPTION

• Go to https://smartkids.viva.amand enter the Log in page to subscribe;
• Send the text “Start1” to the short number 1234 for 1 day subscription and “Start7” - for 1 week subscription and follow the link received in response SMS.

To unsubscribe send the word “STOP” to the short number 1234 or press the button “Unsubscribe” on the web-portal https://smartkids.viva.am by visiting your account page.

Hints

In case of subscription, you get 3 days to try the service without limitations.

The trial period is given only once: in case of consequitive subscription the fee for subscription is charged on its first day.

Upon the end of the trial period the paid version gets activated automatically.

Notes

• The service is available to prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Viva..
• A simple way to pay right from the mobile account balance of the subscriber (for prepaid) or together with the monthly fee (for postpaid).
• Upon the end of the trial period the service is activated and the fee is charged automatically
• Internet connection is required to use the application; while using the content at “Smart Kids” web portal the main Internet package of the subscriber is not consumed till 31 December 2023 (inclusively).
• In case of insufficient funds at subscriber’s account balance the service access is suspended.
• In case of using Wi-Fi, the subscriber should pass number verification by confirming received SMS code.
• After logging out, the subscriber with active subscription should pass number verification process by clicking at “Log in” button.
• In case of subscription through SMS or another link, subscriber should enter the personal account to get the service access and pass number verification process, if required.
• The service is available as a web application (via browsers embedded in mobile devices with Android 8 + and IOS 12+ OS), as well as in a desktop version.
• There is no extra charge for SMS sent to 1234 short number
• The fee for outgoing SMS and Internet in roaming is charged according to the tariff set for the given destination.
• All prices include VAT.
