Tariffs
 
Navigation through “Viva Armenia” is free of charge. Chargeable requests are indicated with “>” sign. Operations related to Viva services are charged according to the tariffs of the corresponding services. Services from other sections are charged according to the below.

* The activated service can be deactivated by sending “STOP” to the respective short number, or by contacting our call center.

“Viva Armenia” is available in two languages: Armenian and Russian. You can easily switch from one language to another.

SIM cards with “Viva Armenia” in their menu are available starting from 26.02.2010. Viva subscribers can exchange their old cards with new ones that have “Viva Armenia” visiting one of our service centers and paying the card replacement fee (AMD 500).

 Notes

•In general “Viva Armenia” appears in the main menu of phone. However, depending on the phone model it can appear also in Game, Fun, Connections, Tools, Office, Applications, or other submenus.
•All services except those from the first “Services” section are provided in cooperation with “SAGESELLER GROUP, INC.” content provider , which bears sole responsibility for all the content. For questions related to these services, subscribers need to write an e-mail to “SAGESELLER GROUP, INC.”  at the following e-mail address: manager@sageseller.com
•Services provided in cooperation with “SAGESELLER GROUP, INC.” are not available in roaming.
•All prices include VAT.
