Short Message Service (SMS) allows you to send and receive text messages.
The number of characters in a single message (including punctuation marks and spaces between words) must not exceed 160 characters when written in Latin characters, and 70 characters when written in Armenian or Cyrillic /Russian/ characters.
If the message exceeds the specified number of characters, the recipient receives two or more messages. Each additional message is charged at the rate set.
