The “Fast” service allows subscribers of the “Viva 2700”, “Viva 3500”, “Y”, and “UNLIM” postpaid tariff plans to initiate switching to a larger option of the “X”, “Y” and “UNLIM” postpaid tariff plan via the mobile phone without visiting a service center. The subscribers of the postpaid “Viva 5500” tariff plan can use the service to switch to “X” postpaid tariff plan.
For that, one simply needs to apply by dialing *198# from the mobile phone, and choose the required option.
By the way, the switching may be initiated immediately by sending the command of the preferable option:

After submitting the application your phone number is included in the corresponding list.
And in case the switching process is successfully completed, the switch to “X”, “Y” or “UNLIM” tariff plans is done on the last day of the current month.
The service is provided free of charge.
To terminate the application, one should simply enter the *198# menu and choose the termination command or simply send *198*0#.

• Only subscribers in active status and without a guarantee deposit can use this service.
• The “Fast” service is not available to subscribers using the mobile identification (“Mobile ID”) service. To switch to a different tariff plan, the subscriber needs to visit service center.
