2. Who can use the mobile application?
The service is available for all Viva subscribers, using Android and IOS devices.

4. Does the application have a subscription fee?
No, there is no downloading or subscription fee for using the application.
5. How is the Internet consumed when using the app?
If you are a subscriber of one of the Viva “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “START”, “START+” or “Smart Business Start”, “Smart Business Plus”, “Smart Business Pro”, “Smart Business Unlim”, “Corporate X”, “Corporate Y”tariff plans, have active packages and are logged into your app account, you can enjoy the IMUSIC without consuming your main Internet package. 6. What are the tariffs of the Internet for non-subscribers of Viva “X”, “Y”, “Z”, “START”, “START+” and “Smart Business Start”, “Smart Business Plus”, “Smart Business Pro”, “Smart Business Unlim”, “Corporate X”, “Corporate Y” tariff plans?
The price of the Internet consumed while using the app is calculated based on the tariffs set by subscriber’s current tariff plan, in case the subscriber has accessed the account using his mobile phone number.
7. Can the application be used in roaming?
The application is available in roaming. The price of the Internet consumed while using the app in roaming will be calculated based on the tariff set by subscriber’s current tariff plan. This refers to all Viva tariff plan users without any tariff plan exceptions.
8. Will the received SMS notification messages be charged?
You will not be charged for the notification messages received via SMS.
9. How can the IMUSIC mobile application be downloaded?

10. How to get registered?
There are several ways for getting registered:
● Via Viva mobile number
● “Facebook”, “Apple ID” or “Google” accounts
● Via e-mail address
11. How to log in?
If you log in via mobile number you need to enter the code set during the registration.
You can also log in by using “Facebook”, “Apple ID” or “Google” accounts, or directly from your IMUSIC account by entering your e-mail address and password.
12. How to delete my account?
To delete your account, you need to go to your personal profile, then select "Account Privacy" in the settings section, then click "Deactivate and delete".
There are two options of deactivating the account:
● To deactivate the account with a possibility to reactivate it later;
● To delete an account with all the database from the platform permanently, in which case all your information will be deleted from the IMUSIC database.
13. Is the music created on an app also available on another device?
Music available on IMUSIC platform is accessible to users from different devices (tablets, smartphones, and PCs).
This means that all the songs you added to your favorites and all the playlists that you have created are available on any device you use. However, you will need to log in first.
14. How to search for music?
After typing any word in the search bar, you will see the sections “Artists”, “Albums”, “Playlists”, and “Users”. By entering a section, you can perform a faster and more efficient search.
15. Can I find a certain song of an artist?
Click on the name of the artist in the player section to search for the track in the popped up page.
16. Can I find a certain playlist?
Click on the “Playlist” section under the main search bar. In the search bar appearing in the upper part of your screen enter the name of the playlist you are looking for to find it.
17. How to create a playlist?
There are two options to create a new playlist:
1. Go to your personal profile, and press on the plus button/new playlist in the “Playlist” section.
2. Click on the plus icon, then click on “Add a playlist”, create a new playlist, or add to the existing one.
You can also add an image and a title to your playlist.
With the help of the three dots next to each song, you can add it to the already created playlists.
18. How to edit current playlists?
Go to your account, click on the playlist section to find the playlist you want to edit, and click on it.
You can change the cover of the photo, uploading a new one.
You can delete the songs that are not needed.
19. How to follow other users?
Open the playlist of the user you want to follow, click on the username and press the “Follow” button.
20. Can I add a song to favorites?
Albums, songs, artists, and playlists can be added to the favorites.
Find the artist you want to add to favorites and click on a star icon.
Find the song you want to add to your favorites and click on star icon and add to favorites.
21. What does IMAI (Individual Music Assistant Interface) mean?
IMAI has a great impact on the system. Highly adaptive and developing AI system makes dynamic changes of music genres and rhythm according to time and other essential factors, adapting it to the certain situation. The system observes users’ behavior, preferences starting to suggest music. IMAI becomes a personal assistant for the user offering music similar to the user’s preferences.
This feature influences listeners’ recommendations, offering new artists, albums of different genres, picked from the users’ of similar taste.
The choice of music made by IMAI saves lots of time and becomes an important tool while listening to music. IMAI recommendation systems have been created to turn the process of listening to music into pleasure, offering a quicker and easier way for discovering new songs.
Before giving recommendations the system analyzes the tastes and preferences of the users. IMAI narrows down the suggestions that are likely to suit a particular person. To help people choose from a large database of music is one of the greatest benefits of IMAI.
22. What is the IMUSIC radio?
IMUSIC has 6 radio stations covering all music genres and available 24/7. The most important feature is that the rhythms of the songs change according to daytime.
The following radio stations are available in the application:
Classic: all time favorites and best performances
Jammin: best performances across genres
In Car: music you enjoy while driving
ARM: collection of Armenian music
Trending: enjoy what is new and trendy
Retro: best of old but gold
The radio feature also has a business section, where online radios of different companies and brands are presented. Viva subscribers will be the first to see the radio offered by the company in this section.
One of the advantages of this section is that the user can visit the personal page of the company and the brand, seeing the actions taking place on that page and getting acquainted with the available information.
23. What is “InstoRadio” radio?
InstoRadio is a business platform based on IMUSIC.AM that provides music services to various companies, including internal audio advertisements and announcements. The platform has over 100 thousand visitors daily.
24. What is an interactive player and how to use it?
It is a personalized and an easy-to-navigate player with responsive interface: it is user-friendly and has a unique design.
25. How to change languages?
To change the language, go to the “Settings” section, press on the three lines in the upper right corner of the application, then go to the "Settings" section and select the preferred language from the "Language" section.
26. How can I co-create a playlist with my friend? How can I invite a co-editor?
First, go to playlists on your profile, then select the playlist, press the “Invite” button, copy invitation link and send to the user, or search from the list of the people you follow.
27. When do I get notifications?
You get notifications every time:
- New releases are added;
- A friend invites you to co-create a playlist;
- Artists have news and updates;
- Brands or companies have news and updates.
You can cancel this option anytime.
28. What is a channel?
The page offers a collection of playlists according to genres. Besides you can listen to exclusive playlists of favorite songs by celebrities, brands and companies, also suggested by IMUSIC.
29. What is a featured category?
On this page you can listen to music, playlists that have been highlighted, tune in and get personal recommendations for any occasion, trending songs and playlists.
30. What is the “Moods” category?
The “Moods” is a collection of playlists by certain mood, genre, or artist.

31. What is the “My Song” service?
The “My Song” service allows you to order and listen to favorite song in the places specified in the “IMUSIC” application.
That is, if the subscriber is in the Viva service center, then instead of just waiting, the subscriber can order a song that will be played in the Viva service center, or order it for another person who is there at that time.
32. Who can use the service?
Viva subscribers who are registered users of the “IMUSIC” application.
33. How to use the service?
When entering the “IMUSIC” mobile application, the user will see the “IMUSIC” partner pages in the “Pages” section, where there is a “My Song” button. Once the subscriber selects a song, he sees the playback location, queue, and a “Dedicate the song to another person” button. By clicking the “Submit” button, the user is taken to a new page where there is the option to dedicate a song to friends and loved ones, select a text for the recipient from templates, or enter own text. The user then enters the recipient’s name and phone number (a phone number of another mobile operator can be specified, too), as well as their name or the sender’s name, and proceeds to the next step, where their notes are summarized.
If the given organization has branches, the subscriber needs to select the branch in which the song will be played. Only one branch can be selected. If the company does not have branches, then this page is not available and is not available for the subscriber. If the company has several branches, but some of them are not operating, then the latter are not available to the subscriber.
34. Is it possible to dedicate a song to another person?
Yes, it is possible. After selecting a song and the branch, you need to click the “Submit” button and indicate in the appropriate fields the person, to whom you want to dedicate the song. The song can also be dedicated to a subscriber of another RA operator. The subscriber, to whom the song was dedicated, will be notified.
35. Is it possible to select more than one branch at a time?
No. Only one branch can be selected at a time. In case the organization does not have a branch, the page is not available to the subscriber. In case the organization has more than one branch, only the working branches will be visible to the subscriber.
36. Can I order a song from my preferred company's playlist but play it elsewhere?
No. A song can be ordered and played only from the playlist of the company on whose territory the song should be played.
37. What to do if my favorite song is not included in the playlist of the given company?
Each company creates its own corporate playlists. If your favorite song is not on that company's playlist, the company has not seen fit to include it on their corporate playlist due to stylistic differences.
38. How much does the service cost?
If you have ordered a song from the Viva playlist, which will be played in a Viva service center, the fee of the service will be AMD 1 (VAT included).
If you have ordered a song from the playlist of other companies, which will be played on the territory of the corresponding company, the fee of the service will be AMD 100 (including VAT).
39. How to pay for the service?
To order a song, the subscriber must make a payment on the corresponding page by clicking the “Pay now” button, as a result of which the funds will be debited to the mobile phone number specified during the registration in the application. Money for ordering a song is debited after it has been played.
