To submit a written application the subscriber should visit a service center presenting an ID, and the employees will provide necessary support for filling in the application form. After corresponding registration procedure the subscriber is given a serial number, through which he/she can follow on the status of the application by calling 111 or referring to service centers. The answer to the application is given within 15 working days from the moment it riches Viva-MTS headquarters. During this period the employees willingly keep in touch with the subscriber.
