Notes

•If the number of terminations in total subscriber base reaches 20% the contract for all subscribers is terminated or they are transferred to a package with another tariff plan.

•At least 30% of the package subscribers should be included in the main contract. If the subscriber base of the main contract decreases the contract for all subscribers is terminated or they are transferred to a package with another tariff plan.

•The minimum period of the contract for subscription to this tariff plan is 1 year. Penalty applies in case of termination of the contract, which is calculated in the following way: AMD 300 x the number of lines to terminate x the number of months till the end of the contract.

 By the way, if all the subscribers to “Max Partner” tariff plan are included into the main contract, they get an opportunity to subscribe to the “Mega” package.
