Viva continues to provide its subscribers with profitable services based on technological solutions and convergent packages. The network of “RED” partners, companies offering Internet and TV services, is expanding across the regions, and subscriber satisfaction is on the rise. It’s the Syunik residents’ turn to access innovative technologies and enjoy the “all-in-one” service. In the south of Armenia, in the city of Goris, Syunik region, MegaNet has become a “RED” partner: the company is developing its own network in collaboration with Viva.
Thus, “RED” is now available in seven regions (Syunik, Vayots Dzor, Ararat, Armavir, Kotayk, Gegharkunik, Shirak), as well as several administrative districts of the capital.
The heads of the partner organizations visited Goris and announced the beginning of their cooperation. Viva’s General Director Armen Avetisian visited the first three subscribers and gifted them tablets.
“Less than a year has passed since Viva launched its new initiative, the “RED” platform. This is a customer-centered approach, with the potential to introduce and develop new technologies in the regions, and to offer subscribers a flexible and convenient solution through the new platform. Today, we can confidently say that this innovative approach has been both justified and successful. The unprecedented platform for collaboration has succeeded. We already have three partners providing fixed Internet and TV services, and we offer services within the tariff plan in 7 regions, as well as in several administrative districts of the capital. We are happy to launch “RED” in Syunik. It is a profitable package for families. Look out for us in other regions with other partners. The platform is open to companies that meet our requirements,” noted Armen Avetisian, Viva’s General Director.
“RED” is an important platform for cooperation in combining technologies, building infrastructure in the regions, and promoting balanced development. As an offering to subscribers, “RED” is a flexible solution for families who value convenience.
“RED” subscribers can use fixed and mobile Internet, mobile communication, “Kinodaran”, “Иви” online cinema, and about 150 TV channels, covering a wide range of interests – all within one package. Prepaid and postpaid subscribers from other RA operators can also connect to “RED” if they wish, using the mobile number portability service.
““RED” is a great partnership platform. It is important for MegaNet, a company providing fixed and mobile Internet services in Syunik, as well as for our shared subscribers. It allows us to introduce a more flexible approach to the telecommunications sector. As a result, subscribers receive all the necessary services in one package at affordable prices. “RED” is certainly an important offering for residents of remote and border regions. Good luck with this project,” said Narek Malintsyan, Director of MegaNet.
To use the “RED” tariff plan, Viva prepaid subscribers can send a USSD command for their preferred option. There is also an option to switch from the current “RED” tariff plan to another one. More detailed information can be found here.
