We would like to inform that due to the technical upgrading and modernization of infrastructure and systems aimed at the improvement of the quality of voice services and Internet provided by Viva, starting from 5 December 2024, the following changes will apply in “Viva 1700”, “Z”, and “START” prepaid tariff plans:

To remind, according to points 14.8 and 14.9 of the General Terms of Provisioning Mobile Electronic Communication Services, the operator is entitled to make a public offer at his discretion on applying changes to the Terms, by notifying about the changes at least 30 (thirty) days before their entry into force; the subscriber is entitled to unilaterally terminate the contract within the term stipulated for the modifications coming into force by notifying the operator in writing and/or any other means acceptable by the operator, and if no such notification is received by the operator within the mentioned period and the subscriber continues to use the services, the operator’s offer on applying changes shall be deemed accepted by the subscriber’s actions.
