When subscribing, a mandatory AMD 3500 guaranty deposit is charged, which is reimbursed during the 12th month. In case of termless subscription the guarantee deposit is not charged. A guarantee deposit is also charged depending on the current credit limit.

Device provisioning terms
Throughout the entire mandatory subscription period, ownership of the Device belongs to the Operator. The right of ownership for devices is transferred to subscriber upon expiry of respective 12/18 (twelve/eighteen) months of mandatory subscription or on the moment the price of the modem is paid in full.In case of termination of subscription before the expiry of the defined period the subscriber shall pay the price of the device to the operator on the following terms

Previously provisioned device provisioning terms
The right of ownership for “MTS Connect” modems and/or routers and/or “MTS Hay-Fi” modems is transferred to subscriber upon expiry of respective 12/18/24 (twelve/eighteen/twenty four) months of mandatory subscription or on the moment the price of the modem is paid in full. In case of termination of subscription before the expiry of the defined period the subscriber shall pay penalty to the operator on the following terms:

Checking the used MBs
- Subscribers can check their used Internet traffic via “My Viva” mobile app or by sending the word traffic to the short number 2030. Download “My Viva” application on Play Store / App Store.

Notes
- Within the termless subscription to this tariff plan, in case of suspension or termination of the contract on any day of the month the monthly fee is charged only for the days preceding the suspension/termination as well as the day of suspension/termination.
- The tariff plan is not available in roaming.
- The guarantee deposit is reimbursed during the 12th month in case of a 12-month or 18-month subscription, and is not charged in case of termless subscription.
- When using high speed packages, the Internet speed is not limited by the tariff plan and depends on the coverage in the given area and the modem in use.
- In the frames of this tariff plan in case of suspension or termination of the contract before the end of the subscription period the device fee is charged in full independent of number of months of usage.
- All prices include VAT.
- For subscriptions with free modem option the fee is charged only for the days of rendered services.
