With "GOOD'OK" service all subscribers calling you will listen to a pleasant melody. You will also be able to:
•Buy the melodies, jokes and expressions you prefer,
•Record your message and use it as a ring back tone,
•Choose melodies for individual subscribers or groups of subscribers calling you,
•Set the time when the melodies will be played,
•Present a melody to a friend,
•Order the same melody for you and for your friend at once.
•To record the melody of the caller and set it as your own
Default melody
As soon as the service is activated, the default melody will be assigned to all subscribers calling you. However you can also set as default the melody you prefer.
Personal list
You can buy melodies of different genres, numerous funny jokes or expressions for an extra fee, or record your own ring back tone. Each time when you buy or record a ring back tone, it is added to your personal list. The validity period of each melody is 30 days. In case of not deleting the melody from your personal list during this period it will be automatically extended for 30 days, for which you will be charged the melody price. By the way, the prepaid subscribers have an opportunity to activate the service and to prolong the validity period within the limits of their account balance. For instance, if there is AMD 100 on your account, and the price of the melody is AMD 495 for 30 days, then the melody will be activated for 6 days.
Recording
If you like the melody you hear when calling a subscriber, you can record it and set it as your own ring back tone by dialing asterisk (*).
Setting rules
You can set your own rules for "GOOD'OK" service:
•Assign melodies for individual subscribers,
•Create groups of subscribers and assign melodies for them,
•Define the time when the subscriber or members of a group will listen to the melody assigned to them.
Music Box
In order that the subscribers calling you do not get bored listening to the same melody you can include melodies from your personal list in the "Music Box". And if the "Music Box" is activated, every time instead of the default one, a randomly selected melody from the "Music Box" will be played.
Melodies from the "Music Box" are not played when certain rules are already set for a respective phone number.
Profile
Activating "GOOD'OK" service, you create your personal profile, where your personal list, the rules set for "Music Box", individual subscribers and groups are kept.
In case of service deactivation, your profile with all melodies and settings is kept in the system for 30 days. During this period you can restore your personal profile reactivating the service. When activating again, the price of the service is charged in full. In case you do not restore your profile within these 30 days, it will be permanently deleted from the system. Afterwards you can activate the service again, creating a new profile.
Notes
•The "GOOD'OK" service is provided by Viva. However, all melodies, jokes and expressions, except for the default melody assigned upon service activation, are made available to the subscribers by content-providers listed below. The content providers bear sole responsibility for the melodies, jokes and expressions. Any issue or question related to the melodies, jokes and expressions shall be addressed directly to the content provider offering it.

•Content providers have the right to promote selected melodies, offering the latest for free for a limited period of time. Free of charge melodies are available for a primary purchase only. In case of auto-prolongation of the defined melody the regular melody price will be charged.
•Viva shall not bear any responsibility for the content of the ring back tones recorded by subscribers. The subscriber shall bear full responsibility for the content of the ring back tone, and for the intellectual property right infringement of third parties.
•In case the validity period of some melodies in the personal list expires before the profile is restored, those melodies are not restored.
•"GOOD'OK" service is not available while receiving a videocall.
• Once the service is activated, the monthly fee for the following months will be charged in the period from the 1st till the 30th days of the corresponding month. The first attempt to charge monthly fee is made on the first day of the corresponding month. Subscribers who were not charged the monthly fee (due to insufficiency of funds on account balance or any other reason) will be separated in a separate group and another attempt of deducting the monthly fee from this group will take place on the second day of corresponding month. Again, the subscribers who will not be charged the monthly fee will be separated in a group and another attempt of deducting monthly fee will take place on the third day of the corresponding month. The same logic will repeat till the 30th day of the corresponding month. Thus the last attempt of deducting monthly fee will take place on the 30th day of the corresponding month. Subscribers, whose monthly fee is to be charged, will be charged the monthly fee in the full amount of 100 AMD, no matter on which day within the defined timeframe it was charged.
Ring back tone service remains active till the last attempt of deducting monthly fee on the 30th day of the corresponding month.
