How to connect to 4G /LTE network
Check the compatibility of your SIM card with Viva 4G network by sending *776# command or by following the link.
In case of checking via the USSD command, you will receive a response message notifying whether your card is compatible with 4G or not.
If your card is compatible with Viva 4G network, you can enjoy all the opportunities of the modern technologies of telecom. To connect to network, a 4G compatible smartphone or other mobile device is required.
How to activate 4G/LTE on Android OS devices:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap on “More”
- Tap on “Mobile network”
- Tap on “Preferred network type”
- Choose “4G/3G/2G (auto)”
How to activate 4G/LTE on iOS devices:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap on “Cellular”
- Tap on “Cellular Data Options”
- Tap on “Voice and Data”
- Choose “LTE”
When the smartphone is outside 4G-coverage area, it automatically switches to 3G network, and switches back to 4G, once it is within 4G-coverage area.
