To join the program you need to register.

One can register:

• Via “My Viva” mobile application which can be downloaded both from Play Store and App Store
• In the “Internet Assistant” self-care portal
• By sending *505#

After registration, for each AMD 100* spent on Viva services you will get 1 point (points are given within 24 hours after using the service). 

When activating “Recharge+” service, the subscriber accumulates bonus points (1 point per AMD 100); upon later recharge of the negative account balance, no points are accumulated.

The accumulated points can be checked: 

• Via “My Viva” mobile application which can be downloaded both from Play Store and App Store
• Online – in your “Viva Bonus” personal web page
• By dialing *505*100#

*Except sums transferred to other prepaid subscribers through the “Poghancum” service.
