• 1. What is “myJoke”?
  “myJoke” is a collection of funny videos for users who follow a positive lifestyle and prefer to stay in a good mood. When subscribing to the service, you get an access to funny videos, which you can whenever you want.

• 2. What is the advantage of the “myJoke” service?
  By activating the “myJoke” service, you will immediately receive several unique benefits:
  

  • 2 days of trial use (when activating the service for the first time);
  • a specially selected catalog of the best and funn videos at a price: AMD 65 per day;
  • access to videos without ads;
  • all Viva subscribers (of prepaid and postpaid tariff plans) can use the service.

• 3.How can I activate the “myJoke” service?
  You can connect the service in the following ways:

   

  •  by going to the https://myjoke.viva.am portal, where the service activation page will open with a description of the conditions for its provision. To activate, click the button “Subscribe”;
  •  by sending an SMS with the text “1” to the short number 1015.

• 4. How much does the service cost?
  When you connect to the service for the first time, you are provided with a 2-day trial; until the end of the trial period, the fee is not charged and during this period you can use the service without restrictions. Before the trial period expires, you can unsubscribe from the service. The trial period is available only once. After re-subscribing to the service, billing will occur on the first day of the subscription. After the end of the trial period, the paid version will be connected automatically.

   

   

  The cost of the service is AMD 65/day (including VAT). The first billing occurs at the end of the trial period, and then - for each day while you are subscribed to the service.

• 5. Will money be withdrawn if there are not enough funds in the account?
  If there is less than AMD 65 in your account, no billing will take place and the access to the service will be suspended. The service will be available again after account replenishment and a successful billing.

• 6. How to unsubscribe from the service?
  You can unsubscribe from the service the following ways:

   

  •  by going to the https://myjoke.viva.am portal, under your profile page it is required to click the button “Deactivate”;
  •  by sending an SMS request with the text “STOP” to the short number 1015.

• 7. Can I download videos to my mobile device?
  There is no possibility to download videos to a mobile device; you can only watch them.

• 8. What devices/platforms is the service available on?
  The service is available for any version of IOS and Android.

• 9. How to update the “myJoke” service?
  You will receive notifications every time a new version of the app is released.

• 10.Do I need an internet connection to subscribe and use the service?
  Yes. To subscribe and use the service, Viva Internet connection is required. Your device must be connected to a 3G/4G/LTE network.

   

  When using “myJoke” application, the Internet traffic while browsing and watching videos on the portal, the megabytes of your main Internet package are not used.

• 11. Can I download the app over Wi-Fi?
  Yes, you must enter your mobile phone number on the landing page and click the “Subscribe” button. Then you will receive a message containing a PIN, which is automatically inserted into the page.

   

  During subscribing to the service while using Internet via Mi-Fi or 3G/4G router, or being connected to Wi-Fi via Personal Hotspot the fee for subscription may be charged from the account of the phone number or may be ascribed to the account of the phone number, which is used for the given device, and not the from or to the account of the phone number, which is installed in the smartphone. Besides, the SMS notifying on successful subscription may also be sent to the mobile number installed in the respective device.

• 12. Can I use the service in roaming?
  Yes, the service is available in roaming. In roaming, the fee for SMS-messages and the Internet is calculated according to the tariff of the corresponding direction.

• 13. If I delete the "myJoke" application from my phone, will the subscription be automatically canceled?
  No. You must unsubscribe from the service using one of the methods.

• 14. How often is the video catalog updated?
  The catalog is updated every week. The content management team is constantly working to ensure that the most popular videos are always available to you.

• 15. Can I use the service on personal computers or laptops?
  No, the service is only available on mobile devices.
