“MAGIC ENGLISH” powered by “Disney” is a subscription based interactive video service, where kids relive their favorite “Disney” movies while learning English.
Learning with “MAGIC ENGLISH” from “Disney” combines interactive video lessons with favorite “Disney” characters with fun tasks and games.
2. How do you teach English in the service?
Kids absorb new material best when they are interested and engaged. “Disney English Story Time” combines the power of “Disney” movies, with a host who both promotes the teaching and mediates the plot of the movie in an exciting new way.
3. Are children able to practice English in the service to reinforce the knowledge?
In addition to the films, we provide interactive activities that practice and cement the English learning, in fun, game-like exercises and voice recognition games that teach speaking skills.
4. Where can I learn more about the English taught in the service and your methodology?
The service features a comprehensive “Parents’ Zone”, accessible by clicking on the icon on the homepage, where you can learn about the English learning in the service, our methodology, and ways to practice and cement the learning with your child.
5. Which languages do you support?
“MAGIC ENGLISH” powered by “Disney” fully supports the Armenian language.
6. How often do you add new content to the service?
We launch new movies and content periodically.
7. Are other languages available besides English?
Currently our service supports English learning only.
8. What is the price of the service?
The service subscription fee is AMD 80/day or AMD 535/week or AMD 2100/month (and there is 1 day of trial) for as long as you remain signed up as a subscriber, regardless of the use of the service.
9. Do I need a subscription to use the service?
Yes, in order to gain get access you need a subscription. We recommend taking advantage of our 1-day trial period available only at the first subscription.
10. How does the service’s trial work?
The trial includes all our video content and games, for 1 day with no charge, in case you have subscribed for the first time. You may access this content as many times as you wish within 1 day trial period.
11. How do I subscribe?
There are two ways to activate the subscription:
1)You may subscribe to the service through the following website https://lp.magicenglish.viva.am;
2)You may send the SMS to the short number 3090 with the text below and follow the instructions in response SMS:
● «Start 1» for daily subscription
● «Start 7» for weekly subscription
● «Start 30» for monthly subscription
12. What is included in my subscription?
Once subscribed, you will have full access to all our videos and games, including all future releases: more than 900 English words and phrases in 200 different videos at your fingertips. No hidden fees and no ads.
13. How can I unsubscribe?
There are few ways to activate the subscription:
● You may unsubscribe through the website. Please visit: https://lp.magicenglish.viva.am and go to the account page;
● You may send the SMS with text “Stop” to the short number 3090.
14. Can I use the service via Wi-Fi?
To use the service via Wi-Fi you will need to additionally confirm your mobile number, following the instructions in the subscription flow. During subscribing to the service while using Internet via Mi-Fi or 3G/4G router, or being connected to Wi-Fi via Personal Hotspot the fee for subscription may be charged from the account of the phone number or may be scribed to the account of the phone number, which is used for the given device, and not the from or to the account of the phone number, which is installed in the smartphone. Besides, the SMS notifying on successful subscription may also be sent to the mobile number installed in the respective device. The services will be available unless the data on the browser is not deleted.
