Detailed Bill

This service allows subscribers to have details on outgoing calls including date, time and cost.

Viva customers can receive detailed bills:

• at Viva service centers
• through the "Internet Assistant" portal
• via My Viva mobile app
  

For technical reasons the data on services consumed in roaming may be reflected in the detailed bill with or with zero value.
