3. The Quotations have to be delivered at Organizer’s address not later than 24 March, 2025, 17:00 (Armenia Standard Time).

4. The Open Request for Quotations is not a tender and the given procedure of Open RFQ is not considered as a public tender either. It is a collection of respective offers available in the market, as a result of which the best offer may be accepted. The process of the request for quotations is not regulated by the Articles 463-465, 1043-1044 of RA Civil Code and the Law on Public Auctions.
